I find myself consuming less and less dairy these days. Part of that is easily explainable–my wife is a vegan and so our home has no diary products. I cook and bake sans-dairy, and rarely eat it when I am out of the house.
Prior to my vegetarian days, I was aware of the health risks of consuming too much dairy and the issues around hormones and anti-biotics in milk. Recently, I was shown this info-graphic and thought it encapsulated some reasons why we might want to consume less dairy.
